Gulamo was happy to be back in his village, but he also felt a bit nervous. He had missed years of his childhood, and he worried that he wouldn't fit in with his old classmates. However, he needn't have worried because everyone was welcoming and happy to see him.
Gulamo enrolled in the local primary school, and he quickly made friends with a boy named Ibn. Ibn was new to the village, and he too was a bit shy at first. However, they bonded over their love of Chess, and soon they were inseparable.
Gulamo's father had returned to his job as a doctor and had become even more respected in the village. People were grateful for his skills and knowledge, and he was always willing to help anyone in need. His father's reputation soon rubbed off on him, and soon Gulamo became known as a kind and caring person. His classmates and the people in the village quickly became accustomed to the new Gulamo.
As time passed, Gulamo's family began to rebuild their lives. They worked hard to rebuild their home and start a small farm. Life was not easy, but they never forgot the lessons they had learned in the refugee camp. They continued to appreciate the simple pleasures in life and made the most of what they had.

Gulamo and Ibn were sitting on a bench in the park, watching the sun set. They had been best friends since they met in primary school, and they often talked about their future aspirations.
Gulamo spoke up first. "You know, Ibn, I've been thinking a lot about what I want to be when I grow up. And I think I want to be an astronaut or a theoretical physicist."
Ibn raised an eyebrow. "Really? That's pretty cool. Why those two things?"
"Well, I've always been fascinated by space and the universe. And I love physics, so I think it would be amazing to study the laws of the universe and how they apply to space," Gulamo explained.
"That's really admirable," Ibn said. "As for me, I've always wanted to be an engineer."
Gulamo looked at Ibn with interest. "What kind of engineer?"
"I'm not completely sure yet. But I love tinkering with things and figuring out how they work. I've been taking apart and repairing anything I can get my hands on since I was a little kid. So I think engineering would be a good fit for me," Ibn said.
"Wow, that's really cool too! Engineers are so important. They create and design so many things that we rely on in our daily lives," Gulamo replied.
Ibn nodded. "Yeah. And I want to be able to create things that can make a positive impact on people's lives."
The two friends sat in silence for a few minutes, lost in their own thoughts. Then Gulamo spoke up again.
"You know Ibn, as we talk about our future aspirations, I realize that we're both lucky to live in a time and place where we have the opportunity to pursue our dreams. Many people in this world don't have that luxury."
Ibn nodded in agreement. "You're right. We should be grateful for what we have and work hard to achieve our goals."
Gulamo smiled. "Yeah, we should. And who knows, maybe one day we'll be able to work together to create something amazing that can change the world."
Ibn grinned. "That would be the dream, my friend."
The two boys sat and watched the stars come out, dreaming of their futures and the endless possibilities that awaited them.
